  I'm not usually one of those people.... I leave good reviews for good businesses and ignore the bad but I have to warn anyone considering this company- the turn around time was ridiculously slow, the technician and the office obviously don't communicate well, and they never reported the repair to the manufacturer so as to extend my warranty. All of this meant three weeks without my washing machine and there was zero *cares* given for keeping me updated. Ya know. Because who cares when they'll have a working washing machine again. I had the manufacturer use a different company to finish the repair that was supposed to be completed by Dial One and that company called me within an hour of receiving the service ticket. Not to mention, they scheduled me for the repair within 24 hours of contacting me. If Dial One is too busy to get to customer's homes timely, they need to pass work along rather than hoarding tickets and taking an extra week to get things done.
