  Randall, I believe he's the associated manager, was very helpful and friendly. I had a Micro SIM card but my new phone takes Nano. Randall helped me cut it to fit my phone and saved me $16 worth of new SIM card. He was very professional and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I think T Mobile is the up-and-coming wireless carrier who also provide good customer service. Would definitely come back to this store.
