  Great location, well run, busy hotel located on the American side of town on the border of the French Quarter. The property is actually on Bourbon St but since the city is divided by Canal St it has a different name- Carondelet St. The property is an older building that's been upgraded over the years. The stairwell has a fifties-sixties charm to it. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and is the standard hotel fare of eggs, hash browns, make-your-own waffles, juices, hot beverages, fruits, breads, etc. The rooms are spacious but lack a good view as the hotel has office buildings surrounding it. Beds are comfortable and there was no outside sound from the street or the other rooms (we got a room on the side of the building) Overall a good hotel in a safe area of the city.
