  Not exaggerating....3 times in a row I've waited so long in line that I've just put the items back and walked out. This time, the cashier was changing "cosmetics is open with no line and no wait. If you don't want tobacco products go over there". Meanwhile we can all clearly see that the line was actually longer there.
